Dr. Brijesh Kr. Gupta is Founding Director of “BRAANET Technologies Private Limited” Ghaziabad. He  joined teaching profession in 1991 after his  Post Graduation. He has 28 years of teaching, research and administrative experience at various levels in Indian Education System & abroad.  He served in Ministry of Defense, Govt. of India as a Civilian Officer.

He is International Telecommunication Union Certified faculty (Asia-Pacific Centre of Excellence) for Information Security & Cyber Security for Enterprises, Visiting faculty for Central Detective Training Institute, BPRD, Ministry of Home Affairs, Govt. of India and  Entrepreneurship Certified Faculty, Ministry of Skill Development & Entrepreneurship, Govt. of India.

To carry out his research work in the area of High Speed Communications, he enrolled himself at  Indian Institute of Technology (Formerly UoR) – Roorkee, India in Jan., 1999. He has worked on two major  research projects sponsored by U.G.C. New Delhi, and A.I.C.T.E., New-Delhi and completed them successfully. He has served  in reputed  technical institutes of U.P. Technical University, Lucknow since 2003, after completion of his Ph.D. The courses taught by Dr. Gupta for Post Graduate (M.Tech., M.B.A., M.C.A.)  are Advanced Computer Networks, Data Network, Data Communication and Computer Networks, Management Information System,  and  Mobile Computing. Similarly courses taught by him for undergraduate classes are   Multimedia Communication, Wireless Communication, Computer Networks, Fundamental of Computer Communication System, Information System etc.

He has guided more than 150 projects for Post Graduate and Graduate students in the areas of Computer Networking, Satellite Communication, Robotics, Management Information System, Network Security, VoIP, Wireless Communication, and Software Engineering. He always achieved 98% -100% result (students got distinctions  also) for these theory courses, and  awarded by the technical institute for his performance.

He has published 53 research papers in International and National Journals and Conference Proceedings.  He is Co- Editor of two Proceedings of the workshop / faculty development program sponsored by Department of Science and Technology (DST), Govt. of India, and AICTE-New Delhi. He has attended total number of 35  International,  Continental, and National Conferences, Workshops and Symposium in India and abroad and Chaired Technical Sessions in several International Conferences.

He has guided several M. Phil. and M.Tech. students and Research Scholars for their dissertations and research work. He organized several National Conference, workshop and faculty/students development programs  sponsored by D.S.T. New Delhi, and A.I.C.T.E. New Delhi, and delivered inspirational lectures as a resource person during these programs to improve Teaching- Learning Process and Research Standards. He has keen interest to organize Industry – Institute Collaboration Programs e.g. Software Development Training Program (IBM), IT Infrastructure Management (IBM), Faculty Enablement Program (Infosys) etc.

Dr. Gupta is providing his services as a Member of Editorial Board to International Journal of Hybrid Computation Intelligence, International Journal on Education Growth & Research and Review Committee Member for the  Journal  “CURIE” published by BITS – Pilani, India. He is life member for Indian Society for Earthquake Technology, INDIA, Education Wing of Rajyoga Education & Research Foundation, Mount Abu, INDIA and Center for Education Growth & Research, New Delhi, INDIA. He is member of Technical Program Committee and Paper Review Committee of several reputed Int’l Conferences since 2006. He is a recipient of Jr. High School  Scholarship, Medhavi Scholarship, National Scholarship, Project Fellowship after his primary education till his doctoral program.

Dr. Gupta is an Award Winner “Shiksha Gaurav Puraskar-2014” on National Level for his contribution in the field of Technical Education,   Listed in  Albert Nelson Marquis Lifetime Achievement Award -2017, 2018 USA, Honored with “Howard Cosell Memorial International Honour Award-2018”, West Bengal,  National Education Day Awardee – 2019, New Delhi and  Roll of Honour 2019-2020, Govt. of India (E).
